1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a second email notification once your order has been shipped.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Lify Life is not responsible for any of these additional charges — they are borne by the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

  • You can track your package via the shipping carrier's website.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lify Life is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” but not received.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
