We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • ✅ The product is not damaged, tampered with, or used.

🛑 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used sanitary products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • ❌ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
