🕒 Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
🚚 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before shipment will not incur any charges.
